TJP Merch Delivery and Returns Policy
Delivery
We currently deliver to England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Isle of Man, and worldwide.
Shipping Cost: Once you have placed the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart, we will calculate the cost of delivery for you based on your delivery address.
Delivery time: We generally dispatch orders for in-stock items within 24 working hours of you placing your order.
Deliveries generally take between 2 and 3 working days to arrive once dispatched, depending on your postcode.
International shipping
Cost: Calculated at checkout.
Delivery time: Dependent on location, and we will aim to provide you an estimate upon dispatch of your order.

You can keep an eye on the status of your delivery using the tracking email sent to you once your purchase has been dispatched.
The above are estimates only, based on the timeframes provided by our shipping provider. There may be delays during busy sale periods, during severe weather events, or for other reasons outside our control.
For international deliveries, you are solely responsible for paying all additional charges (such as customs duties, import taxes, and fees) required by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid directly to the courier before delivery to your delivery location. You will receive email notifications with payment instructions. If you fail to pay these charges, this will result in your order being automatically returned to us. You will receive a full product refund, but you will be responsible for any additional return shipping fees charged by the delivery company. Returns for change of mind
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return an eligible item for a refund or exchange (subject to stock availability and where you are located in the United Kingdom) for change of mind within 14 days from the day after your item is delivered to you.
Return conditions
You must meet all the following conditions to request a return for change of mind:
- You request a refund for change of mind within 14 days from the day after the products are delivered to you.
- The products are in their original condition and have not been used, worn, damaged, tampered with, washed, altered, connected, installed or attempted to be connected or installed.
- The products are in their original undamaged packaging with all product tags still intact.
- None of the exceptions below apply.
Exceptions
We are unable to accept returns for change of mind for:
- Personalised items.
- Goods sealed for hygienic purposes, if they have been unsealed.
How to return to us
- Contact our team at support@tjptours.com to initiate a return. You should include details of your order number and the items you are wishing to return.
- Place your return in a single parcel. You can use any packaging you like, as long as it is secure.
- Send the return back to us within 14 days of initiating your return to the address set out below. We recommend using a reliable, tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible to you for any loss or damage caused by your chosen delivery provider.

- Your return will be processed, and you will receive the return amount to the same payment method used when placing your order, within 14 days of us receiving the items back.
Cost of delivery for returns
We will not cover the costs of delivery or re-delivery for a change of mind return. You must cover these yourself.
Faulty items
If your item is faulty, please contact us at the contact details set out below. You may have rights under UK Consumer Laws, in addition to your right of return for change of mind.
